Local rules

1.   Out of bounds are defined by:

a) white stakes or

b) white lines on ground between the white stakes.

Stakes and lines are out of bounds, stakes are not obstructions and are dimmed to be fixed.

A ball is  in out of bounds when all of it lies out of bounds.

 

2.    Lateral water hazards are defined by red stakes or lines (1st hole along the right side) (Rule 26-1)

A ball lies in a lateral water hazard when all of it lies in or any part touches the lateral water hazard.

Red stakes are movable obstructions.

3.     Water hazards are defined by yellow stakes or lines.(Rule 26-1)

A ball lies in the water hazard when all of it lies in or any part touches the water hazard.

Yellow stakes are movable obstrustions.

4.      Obstructions

 

Movable obstructions (Rule 24-1)

a.  Stones in bunkers are movable obstructions. A player may without penalty remove them.

b.  Distance markers are movable obstructions. A player may without penalty remove them     and after the stroke must replace them to the original post.

If during the process of removal of a movable obstruction the ball moves, a player must without penalty replace it, or when the ball lies on a movable obstruction a player drops it as near as possible to the spot directly under the place in or under the obstruction, but not nearer the hole.

Immovable obstructions – relief (free drop Rule 24-2)

i.  Paved roads, covered by concrete or gravel – a player may take relief  (Rule 24-2b)

ii. Benches on the course. A player may take relief.(Rule 24-2b)

iii.Fixed sprinkle heads with covers, distance markers on ground on fairways and teeing-grounds are unmovable obstructions. A player may take relief and must proceed by the Rule 24-2b.

iv. Football playground with a wire fence along 9th hole is an immovable obstruction. A player may take relief and proceed by the Rule 24-2b.

v.  Grandstand of Baseball playing ground is considered as an immovable obstruction. A player may take relief and proceed by the Rule 24-2b.

vi.  Young trees between the 5th and 6th hole identified by whiite tip stakes are considered as immovable obstructions. Player maz take relief (Rule 24-2b)

Immovable obstructions declared as integral parts of the course – no relief

Concrete remnants between 2nd and 9th hole and concrete surface behind the green of 2nd hole are integral parts of the course. A player is not entitled to relief.

PENALTY FOR BREACH OF THE RULE:

Match play – lose of the hole; Stroke play – two strokes

5.  Ground under repair

Grounds under repair are defined by blue stakes or on the fairways by white lines. Play from out of grounds under repair is not allowed.(Rule 25-1)

6.  Dropping zone

The grandstand to the right side of the green on 4th hole is an immovable obstruction, a player may without a penalty drop a ball in the dropping zone defined at the lower part of the tribune. A player must drop the ball in the dropping zone. If the ball roles within two club lengths nearer to the green it is not necessary to redropped it.

7.  Suspension of the Game due to a dangerous situation

Rule 6-8b.

Discontinue play immediately: one prolonged note of siren.

Discontinue play: three consecutive notes of siren, repeated.

Resume play: two short notes of siren repeated.

8.    On the 9th hole using driver and 3 wood is forbidden!

Note: al distances are in meters from the center of the teeing ground to the center of the green.
